Job Duties:

Bar Manager will be responsible for performing various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation and payroll, resolving customer complaints regarding beverage service, compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift, train workers in beverage preparation and in service sanitation and safety procedures, and supervise and participate in bar and dining area cleaning activities. May supervise up to five (5) bartenders and cocktail servers.
