Job Duties:

Build and construct offices, rental homes and cabins, pavilions, bath-houses, playgrounds. Pack lumber, drive nails, take measurements, build roof-lines / walls, paint, complete wood-work projects such as installing doors and trim in buildings. Operate mechanical equipment such as lifts, dozers, excavators as needed to construct such buildings, level land and/or construct basements. Dig ditches, install electric lines in the ground, install water lines in the ground. Lay-out footers, mix and pour concrete, stamp concrete, lay block, brick and stone. Layout, construct and build walkways, walking trails, use equipment to dig and level ground, install water features including pools and fountains. Draw, build and complete landscaping models, planting plants, trees, flowers, pack and put down mulch, landscaping rock, etc. Build and erect playgrounds for children with lumber through measurements, put existing playground equipment together that may have been purchased from an existing manufacture, job clean up at the end of each day and discarding appropriately of any and all materials used. Other duties as assigned.
