- Job Duties:
- Clean and sanitize all winery equipment and facilities, assist with receiving, sorting, de-stemming and crushing fruit, drain and shovel out tanks, move hoses and equipment, set up pumps, rack and pump juice and wine, fill, top and rack and move barrels, punch down and pump over wine in tanks, report problems with food safety management systems to supervisor.
