- Job Duties:
- Concessions Workers will perform a variety of activities to provide food concessions in and near Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Daily responsibilities include: Greet customers and communicate with them regarding their orders; Answer customer questions concerning food concessions and address any concerns; Operate point of sale system/cash register to complete sales transactions; Assist with compiling and maintaining sales and inventory reports for record keeping; Help keep concessions areas stocked; Help clean and sanitize kitchens, counters, and food service areas; Help prepare daily food and beverage items using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures; Wrap/package ordered menu items to deliver to customers; Keep displayed products clean and organized; Assist with updating menu displays to reflect changes in product offerings and/or pricing as needed; Help with moving, setting up, and/or taking down temporary outdoor concessions areas for special events including tents, tables, banners/posters, food warmers and food trays, etc.; Serve customers with a friendly demeanor and a courteous, eager-to-help attitude; Perform other related tasks as needed.

- Special Requirements:
- Must be able to life/carry at least 25 pounds. Must be able to obtain a state driver's license. Employer will offer at least 40 hours of work per week, Monday Sunday, shifts are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, 12:00PM to 9:00PM or 2:00PM to 11:00PM, with one thirty-minute lunch break. Exact work schedules will vary by assigned shifts.
