Job Duties:

Prepare food to order off our limited lunch menu. Maintain a clean environment, keep up with dishes, refresh food stock, prepare ingredients for the next shift. Mix ingredients for green salads. Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage. Use professional grade appliances such as choppers, deli slicer, mixer, oven, grill & stove. Majority of time will be spent in the kitchen; some time will be spent in the Market replacing meals and salads. Work schedule is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 8.5/hrs on Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 6.5/hrs on Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 7.5/hrs on Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 9.5/hrs on Saturday and Sunday.

Special Requirements:

Requires four months of food preparation experience. Job requires basic English literacy, basic math skills and an understanding of U.S. currency. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must possess or be able to obtain U.S. driver's license within 30 days of hire.
