Job Duties:

Food & Beverage Team Leads will be responsible for training workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation and safety procedures, supervising and participating in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities, assigning duties, responsibilities and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements, monitor food services operations to ensure that procedures are followed and communicate with patrons to ensure satisfaction. May supervise up to six (6) hosts, bartenders, and waiters and waitresses. See attached job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:
