- Job Duties:
- Prep Cooks will be responsible for washing, peeling, and cutting various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving, preparing a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, and desserts, according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, preparing and cooking a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time, making salads, assembling entrees, setting-up kitchen for opening and breaking down kitchen at closing, cleaning and storing kitchen equipment and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors, and sorting and removing trash.
