- ***RFI Response*** In connection with the delivery of crawfish/seafood, please note that the employee would be required to perform the following duties/tasks: travel to docks/farms to obtain the crawfish, load the crawfish/seafood into the truck by hand, travel to customers/clients and unload the crawfish/seafood, and ice down the crawfish/seafood to keep the seafood good prior to delivery. These employees will be required to drive or ride along with a driver in a pickup truck (i.e. Dodge 3500) with an insulated box attached to the bed of the truck hauling the crawfish/product. ***Original F.a.2*** Assist with loading and unloading of crawfish/seafood in trucks while delivering to customers and obtaining product/seafood from local docks/farms; obtain/deliver crawfish/seafood; prepare crawfish/product/seafood for shipment; ice seafood; move crawfish/seafood; package crawfish/seafood for sale/shipment; and cleanup worksite and equipment.
