Job Duties:
Install and plant landscape materials, lay sod, till, add soil amendments, spread mulch and fertilizer, mow, trim, edge, weed, blow leaves, dig holes with shovel, scraping/sweeping, load and unload trucks. Normal schedule Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:45pm. Shift includes 1 hour unpaid break time. Work on weekends and holidays may be required, when necessary. Workdays and hours may vary depending on weather conditions. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $25.29 per hour. Optional medical, dental, and vision insurance available, approximate cost $14.18 per week, deducted from paycheck if worker elects. Pay advance possible with management approval, paid back through payroll deductions if worker elects. Required uniform provided at no charge to the worker.

Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Pre-employment criminal background check required, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H2B. Applicants must complete an employment application. Required uniform provided at no charge to the worker.
