Job Duties:

Workers will process crab, multiple species of finfish, bottom fish and salmon. Work on the hand butcher line will involve use of hand and hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming. Workers will wash, size, and grade seafood and then load processed seafood onto freezer baskets or cartons for shipping.

DAYS/SHIFTS MAY VARY. TWO SHIFTS: 6:00AM 6:00PM OR 6:00PM 6:00AM EMPLOYER IS OFFERING UP TO 30 HOURS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE PER WEEK, AS NEEDED, BUT NOT GUARANTEED. EMPLOYER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PAY A HIGHER WAGE RATE OR BONUS TO ANY WORKER IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, BASED ON PERFORMANCE, SKILL, TENURE, OR EXPERIENCE. OPTIONAL EMPLOYER HOUSING IS AVAILABLE AT A COST OF $15/DAY. A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN WILL BE REQUIRED. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE WORKSITE WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE WORKER. FIRST THREE WEEKS OF EMPLOYMENT WILL INCLUDE 35+ HOURS PER WEEK OF PAID ON THE JOB TRAINING.
