- Spring and Fall Clean ups; clean ups of any debris, dead leaves, branches and twigs, using rakes or by hand. Mow lawns, weed, mulch, trim, plant plants, shrubs and power wash. Spring and Fall Cleanups. Discretionary bonus may be given at employers discretion. Possible work on Saturday, when necessary. O/T 0-10 hr wk, O/T vary per wk.
