- Job Duties:
- This role as kitchen staff Includes cleaning and food preparatory tasks. The 'Food Preparatory Task' will include combining measured ingredients in bowls, mixing, blending, and or kneading. Decorating to achieve a finished appearance with glaze, icing and or toppings. The employee must be able to read recipes and measurements. Employee will also assist in putting together the ingredients for the baking of apple pies, cider doughnuts, breads, muffins under the Instruction or the baker. The cleaning tasks include cleaning work areas, organizing and putting away items within the kitchen and surrounding areas including sales area. Employees must have knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, kitchen and baking utensils, appliance, and equipment. At times the kitchen staff will assist in adjusting temperature controls of oven and other heating equipment. The kitchen staff will also operate cutting equipment as necessary and will also be responsible for reporting any equipment issues such as technical performance issues and removing the garbage as necessary. The kitchen staff will also be responsible for setting up and stocking preparatory stations with necessary supplies for baking. The Kitchen staff Is responsible for keeping a sanitized and orderly environment, following all standard procedures for recipes and presentation. Employee must have the ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks. Must have a basic understanding of English. Weekends availability required.

- Employees will work Mon-Sun average of 40 hours/wk. Must be able to work any 8-hour shift within 8:00 am to 5.00 pm any day of the week, days off rotate, shifts vary. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, must be flexible and be a team player. Holidays may be required. Must have a basic understanding of English. Weekends availability required.
