Job Duties:

Duties may include: Care for established lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, aerating, weeding, removing thatch, litter, leaves and debris. Prune or trim foliage, plants, shrubs and trees. Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, shrubs or trees. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planter beds, or other ground features. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruners, shears, and wheelbarrows. May operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as work trucks with small utility trailers, mowers, trimmers, edgers, pruning saws and leaf blowers. Maintain or repair tools and equipment. Clean worksite to ensure safety & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).

Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.
