Job Duties:
Clean & sanitize china, glass, silver, pots & pans, stainless steel & entire kitchen area, including area, including walls/floors, drains & equipment. Report broken or damaged equipment for repairs. Dispose of trash from kitchen area properly & maintain dumpster area, must be able to lift, push, pull a min. of 50 lbs. Minimum 35 hours per week up to a possible 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Multiple 8-hour shifts, with 30 minutes unpaid relief period, vary between 7:00am - 1:00am. Shift times: 7:00am-3:30pm; 2:00pm-10:30pm; 4:30pm-1:00am. Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy. $13.00/hr. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. In Alabama, an overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $19.50 per hour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.
