Job Duties:
The workers will be performing the following duties and using the following instruments to perform these duties: 1. Stirring Popcorn in a large cast iron pot to make Kettle Korn 2. Making Popcorn in a Commercial Popcorn Machine 3. Scooping Ice Cream 4. Blender to make Milkshakes 5. Deep fryers to make French fries, Funnel Cakes, Corn Dogs and Chicken Tenders 6. Pressure Fryers to cook Fried Chicken 7. Warming Boxes to store prepared food 8. Various Smokers to smoke Ribs, Pull Pork and Brisket 9. Dough Proofers for Pastry and Breads I 0. Commercial Mixers to make pastries & bread 11. Ice Cream Machines to serve Soft Served Ice Cream 12. Char Grills for Hamburgers, Chicken and Turkey Legs 13. Skillets to cook Sausage or Steak Sandwiches 14. Microwaves to heat Vegetables 15. Stove Top to Make Macaroni & Cheese & Mash Potatoes 16. Cotton Candy Machine to make Cotton Candy 17. Oven for Convection Oven for Meatloaf 18. Cast Tron Fryer to make Pork Rinds 19. Pizza Ovens to make Pizza Take orders, serving, preparing, and storing high quality food, measuring ingredients, answering guest questions about menu items and pricing, and proper cash handling procedures when applicable. Stock and organize the kitchen, food lines, food bars, work areas and eating areas ensuring the proper pulling, delivery, rotation, and storage of product. Provide prompt, courteous attention to guest orders while serving and/or preparing high quality food for our guests enjoyment. Maintain cleanliness in all work areas while moving throughout the Park. Prepare and serve food. Maintain cleanliness/sanitation throughout the location including food contact services, washing dishes, scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc. Keeps all guest corridors and stairways neat, clean, vacuumed, and dusted. Cleans all linen closet floors and empties trash on floors. Stocks all housekeeping carts with proper supplies. Restocks guestroom supplies in the linen closet weekly.

Days/Shifts will vary. Weekends, holidays, and evenings required as needed. A pre-employment drug screen will be required. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required. Up to 15 hours of overtime available per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage rate or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. First three weeks of employment will consist of at least 35 hours per week of paid on the job training. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $135/week.
