Job Duties:

Accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. Answer guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are clean, ready, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs, tidy up common area, stock the coffee bar in the common area for guests, and ensure that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed.
