- PREP , PREPARED AND COOK ALL MENU ITEMS, WASH AND PREP ALL VEGETABLES, PLATE AND GARNISH ALL DISH, SANITIZES COUNTER,THE CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE A GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SANITATION PRACTICES AS WELL AS SAFE FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES. CANDIDATE WILL PRACTICE SAFE HYGIENE AND COMPLIANCE WITH FOOD HANDLING AND SANITATION STANDARDS WHILE WORKING. THE EXECUTION OF THESE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HELP WITH RECEIVING AND FOOD STORAGE. CANDIDATE WILL REPORT TO SUPERVISOR ON A DAILY BASIS WEEKEND, HOLIDAYS, AND NIGHT HOURS, DAYS OFF VARY BY WEEK, WILL TRAIN.
