Job Duties:

Tasks using basic handheld concrete tools. Demolition of old concrete; subgrade and prep area for pouring new concrete; place wooden form boards for golf paths. Buggy concrete to designated area if inaccessible by truck. Once concrete is poured: level concrete and finish to job contract specifications (e.g., medium broom finish or pressure washing exposed aggregate finish). Make saw cuts across concrete to create expansion joints.

Special Requirements:

Requires three months of Concrete Finishing experience. Must lift/carry 30 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours. Driver's license preferred.
