- Job Duties:
- Landscape and maintain properties using tools or equipment. Tasks may include sod laying; mowing; trimming; planting; watering; fertilizing; digging; rake and blow leaves; seeding; mulching; hauling and spreading topsoil; installation of sprinklers and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. May perform other duties and tasks per SOC Code 37-3011.

- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in adverse weather conditions. 40 hours per week: M-F, 7:00AM to 4:00PM, including one (1) unpaid lunch hour. Hours may fluctuate due to weather. Overtime hours may be offered, including on weekends and holidays. Overtime hours vary. Local travel between worksites.
