Job Duties:

1. Set up automotive die-casting machines as per operational guidelines 2. Ensure molds and die-casting machines are properly set up and adjust the machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time 3. Utilize various deburring industrial tools, such as deburring blades, power grinders, buffers, high pressure water jets, etc., to finalize the outcome of the die cast 4. Conduct regular die-casting machine and mold maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing defective parts 5. Monitor the die-casting machines during the operations and refill metal alloys to ensure the required specifications
