Job Duties:

Arrange food for serving. Monitor food services operations to ensure procedures are followed. Stock serving stations or dining areas with food or supplies. Clean tableware. Communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel. Set, replenish and break down buffet lines. Sweep and/or mop buffet areas. Maintain regular attendance, proper uniform, hygiene and appearance standards.

Special Requirements:

Days/Shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $600/month. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required. Must be 18 due to the possibility of handling alcohol. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. First week of employment will include at least 35+ hours of paid on the job training.
