Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** The workers will deliver event tents and set them up for special events such as: wedding, anniversary, other special occasions. To set up the tents, the workers will use tools such as: small skid steers and hand carts. After the event is over, the workers are responsible to take the tents down and remove them from the location of the event. Clean the tents by washing them with soap and water using large brush. After the tents are washed, bring these tents back to its designated location and have them stored properly in inventory for the next event. These tools are normal and customary to Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers, as noted on O*Net’s listing of tools used for the stated occupation. These minor job duties and the tools listed comport with the O*Net code for Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers (37-3011), as well as the job description previously provided by the employer. ***Original F.a.2*** Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: lay sod, mulch, mow, trim, water, fertilize, dig, edge, and rake. May occasionally assist with the delivery, set-up, removal, and storage of event rental equipment for special events; loading & unloading trucks; assist with cleaning rental equipment, organization, and inventory.
