- Regulate and control waste, remove hazardous material, chip tile with scrapers, remove drywall, use harness when on a lift. Also includes mold, lead, and water remediation.

- Must lift/carry 40 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer conducts drug testing on all workers in the position, foreign and domestic, at random and upon suspicion of use. All workers hired for the position are subject to post-offer, pre-employment E-Verify and background checks. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
