Job Duties:

Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures. Remove water or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials using pressure washers and hand tools. Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs. Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing systems, using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics elastomeric. Cover exposed nailheads with roofing cement or caulking to prevent water leakage or rust. Apply acrylic liquid and silicon to roof using brushes, sprayers, or other tools.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
