Job Duties:

Will process crab, multiple species of finfish, bottom fish and Salmon. Will work on hand butcher line, use hand and hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming. Will wash, size and grade the Seafood. Will load the processed seafood onto freezer baskets and/or into cartons for shipping.

Days/Shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings are required as needed. Various shift schedules may include, but are not limited to: 7am - 5pm, 5pm - 3am, 6am - 4pm, 5pm - 4am, 6pm - 5am. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. Employer is offering up to 30 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $15/day. First week of employment will consist of paid on the job training - worker will still receive at least 40 total paid hours during the first week.
