Job Duties:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at commercial home construction and private residential sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: load/unload equipment/supplies, carry/hold materials, prepare sites and lay out materials in accordance with drawing and specifications, dig holes using spades, posthole diggers and power auger.

Special Requirements:

Requires twelve months of previous experience working on outdoor construction sites including the use of posthole diggers and power augers; and hand tools for digging and clean up. Must lift/carry 80 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
