- Job Duties:
- • Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service, following the hotel trained Forbes Standards • Have in-depth knowledge of all offerings on menu and their ingredients to response to all questions from a guest • Be able to assist in training and preforming all aspects of sequence of service • Ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved • Locations may include poolside dining area, or indoor dining in one of two restaurants located within the hotel • This is a tipped position
