Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** Season and cook food according to recipes or experience. Cooking will be done in a restaurant and in mobile food trucks. ***Original F.a.2*** Prepare traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Duties include chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces, ensuring that all culinary food preparation is produced according to the high standards for quality, visual appeal and consistency. Set up and break down cooking line, gathering all supplies needed to prepare meals. Cover, date and store all leftover re-usable products. Stock inventory and supplies. Clean up station & kitchen including, break down cardboard, sweep and mops floors, clean all pots, pans, flatware and utensils.

Special Requirements:

Required to stand for long periods and walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend. Push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds. No education required. 3 months of experience required in the preparation of Mediterranean cuisine. Hours: 11:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday; 11:00am-8:00pm Friday through Sunday. Schedule and hours may vary, rotating days off. Approximately 40 hours per week.
