Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of tree, shrub, evergreen, and perennial nursery as well as at customer locations using a variety of hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: planting, watering, mulching, digging, and fertilizing. Assist with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units/similar, loading/unloading trucks with plant and other landscape material, and installation of those materials at worksites.Must exercise independent judgment; may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but position does not include supervision of other workers.

Special Requirements:

Requires three months of previous landscape experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is 4-10 hr days per week. Fri & Sat work when necessary. Job requires working in a variety of weather conditions and frequent bending, grabbing, and lifting. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
