Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, mulching, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, leaf blowing, raking, and assist with installation of drainage systems, sprinklers, mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units and natural stone boulders. Assist with grading and contouring for proper drainage. Assist with maintaining and repairing greenhouses. Must exercise independent judgment and may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees.

Special Requirements:

Requires three months of previous landscape experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is 4 days per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
