Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, including preparing lawns to be hydro seeded, grading, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, hand tilling and raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Entry level; requires supervision.

Job requires extensive walking, repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, standing, and walking. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
