Job Duties:

The Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying new customers and closing contracts through door-to-door in-home presentations of solar systems with potential residential customers for solar systems installation in the customers’ homes. Raise awareness of solar power and battery storage and build/sell custom residential solar system packages unique to each customer’s home. Ensure customer expectation and company offerings are aligned in terms of the solar home packages being built and offered. Attend daily in market trainings provided by local leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering phone calls and emails from new customers regarding installed package.

Special Requirements:

Work in all weather conditions. Frequent and extensive walking to prospective customer residences. Saturday work required, when necessary. Post-hire background check may be required at employer's expense. Travel to locations within the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, FL MSA. Bonuses, commissions, or raises may be paid to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, sales, skill and tenure.
