Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, mulching, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking; assist with sprinkler maintenance. Must exercise independent judgment and may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but position does not include supervision of other workers.

Special Requirements:

Requires three months of previous landscape experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug test required of all new hire foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work. Reference check with past employer(s) required for all new hire foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
