Job Duties:
Position and hold timbers, lumber, or paneling in place for fastening or cutting. Fasten timbers or lumber with glue, screws, pegs, or nails and install hardware. Drill holes in timbers or lumber. Cut timbers, lumber, or paneling. Align, straighten, or square forms for installation. Erect scaffolding, shoring, or braces. Smooth or sand surfaces to remove ridges, tool marks, glue, or caulking. Clean work areas, machines, or equipment. Operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools.

OPERATE HAND AND POWER TOOLS OF ALL TYPES: AIR HAMMERS, EARTH TAMPERS, CEMENT MIXERS, SMALL MECHANICAL HOISTS, AND A VARIETY OF OTHER EQUIPMENT AND INSTRUMENTS. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS OFTEN, WORK IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS. SATURDAY WORK WHEN REQUIRED.
