- Thawing of raw product (frozen shrimp) from sacks in the holding freezer by cutting the sacks open and dumping them into thaw tanks for further processing. Once product in processed into finished form, duties consist of packing final product into containers and icing product to maintain it frozen for stocking or shipping purposes.

- 40 HOURS PER WEEK. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND SOMETIMES WEEKENDS. SCHEDULES ARE DAY SHIFTS ALL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM WITH 1-HOUR BREAK IN BETWEEN. 8-10 HOURS OF OVERTIME
