Job Duties:
8 Servers: Greet guests, take orders, serve food & beverages to customers. Clean off & set tables. keep stations stocked & clean 4/1/24-11/1/24. Temporary full-time employment. 40 hours/week May get up to 10 hours/week overtime when available. $17.00-20.00/hour & 25.50-30.00/hour overtime based on performance. End of season bonus given based on performance. Shift meals & uniforms provided. No experience necessary. Days vary Monday-Sunday. Rotating shifts 7am-11pm Must work weekends & holidays. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid bi- weekly, on Friday. Optional housing available for 50.00/week to be deducted bi-weekly from paycheck. 50% refundable upon successful completion of contract, utilities included. A 300.00 refundable deposit will be deducted over time and refunded upon completion of contract and housing inspection. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence is $15.46 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $59.00 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. A single workweek will be used to compute wages.
