- Job Duties:
- Perform a variety of tasks associated with either front desk guest services or maid/housekeeping services. Accommodate resort patrons at front desk and lobby by handling reservations, room keys, messages, and financial transactions in person and via phone or computer systems. Assist staff and guests with information regarding local attractions, directions and hotel accommodations/guest programs. Greet incoming guests and escort them to their rooms. Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers, as necessary. Clean guest rooms, lobbies, and other common areas in clean/orderly manner: Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish; clean/disinfect bathrooms; sort linens, make beds, collect soiled linens; empty wastebaskets; stock rooms/replenish supplies.

- Special Requirements:
- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Must be available to work all shifts: 8AM-4:30PM and 2:30PM-11:00PM. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
