- Job Duties:
- The Assembler position is responsible for putting together correct subassemblies of the parts necessary in the manufacturing of various types of door and window frames using various fitting and joining techniques. The assembler will inspect all materials for defects and if needed repair or replace defective pieces; must be able to work with a variety of materials and equipment, including different types of hand tools, power tools and saws that are used in the assembly of frames. Set up and install components according to set specifications, inspect all parts for proper appearance, keep work areas clean at all times, report necessary equipment maintenance, assist with annual inventory, and assist other departments as assigned. The ability to read blueprints, orders, spec sheets and drawings to assess measurements and position required. Must be able to use a computer to view parts orders. Must be able to measure accurately. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be able to lift 50 lbs. Drug testing required post-hire and post-accident at employers expense for all workers, both H-2B and domestic. Saturday work when required.
