- Job Duties:
- Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, utensils, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand. Stock and maintain adequate supplies of serving items in kitchen areas. Maintain work areas, kitchen areas, walk-ins and kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition. Sweep, scrub and mop floors. Removal of trash from building to the dumpster.
