Job Duties:

Work on a team of 3-4 Laborers. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), trimmer, edger, backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking. Workers will also drive pickup truck and trailer. All work performed outside. Overtime may be available. If necessary, the employer will assist non-local workers arrange housing.

The work schedule is typically 6:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Mon. - Fri., but weekend hours may be necessary depending on weather Must have a U.S. driver's license or be able to obtain a U.S. driver's license. Must pass pre-hire background check. Must be able to lift 10-25 pounds on a regular basis & 25-50 pounds on an occasional basis.
