Job Duties:
The Landscape Laborers will perform the following tasks on a daily basis: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), edger, trimmer, backpack blower, wheel barrel, shovel, rake, broom, ladder, and chain saw. Workers typically perform tasks, which may include any combination of the following: irrigation maintenance and installation, sod laying, planting plants and trees, mowing, trimming, watering, digging holes for landscape installation to include both trees and shrubs using Dingo’s, shovels and spades 6, 12, 18, 24 inch holes in diameter and trenches using trenching Ditch Witch machines 12 inches deep for irrigation system installation, spreading dirt, raking, pruning, mulching, and loading and unloading materials. Workers may also operate vehicles and may shovel snow and apply salt as needed. OT may be available, but is not guaranteed. Laborers generally work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, but weekends may be required depending on weather. **If needed, employer intends to assist foreign and non-local US workers hired pursuant to this job order to secure worker-paid lodging not to exceed reasonable fair market value cost based on number of occupants.
