- Workers will obtain and distribute seafood from a holding tank and place it in baskets. Wash, clean, inspect, scale or cut fish; weigh, ice and place in boxes. Clean and sanitize work stations as required by state and federal food-safety regulations. Work is supervised. 14 day(s) on the job training provided.
