- Job Duties:
- Prepare food items from a set menu for buffet meals. Breakfast and dinner are the main meals. Lunches will be prepared once or twice a week. Responsible for prepping and cooking all food items, cleaning prep and cooking areas, washing of dishes, and mopping work station. Work is supervised. 5 days on the job training.
