Job Duties:

Administrative Clerks who will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations and luggage, distributing Resort information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. The Administrative Clerks will also be responsible for inspecting the guest rooms and for making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00 pm, or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
