- Job Duties:
- Lifeguards will be responsible for interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to guest requests, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool decks, pool furniture, umbrellas, pools, and equipment, removing soiled towels, folding and restocking clean towels, minimizing hazardous situations or behaviors, communicating and enforcing pool policies in a personable and professional manner. Must be able to pass the required Lifeguard Certification and react in emergency situations, complete strenuous activity and on occasion assist or lift persons of varying weights. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Friday through Thursday. Example shifts: 8:00am – 3:00pm, 12:00pm – 7:00pm, or 3:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary based on assigned schedules and occupancy or business needs.
