Job Duties:

Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting guests, assisting with reservations (check in and check out), distributing resort information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM-2:00PM, 3:00PM-10:00PM, or 10:00PM-5:00AM. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
