- Job Duties:
- • 5 openings. from 4/1/24 through 11/15/24. • Grounds maintenance including but not limited to mowing, mulching, weeding, brush clearing, pruning, sweeping, raking, planting landscape materials and trash collection. Must be able to operate various hand and/or power mowers. Some heavy lifting is required. Work under extreme weather hot & cold for extended period of time. • Min 35/hrs/wk. 7a-2p & 12p-7p • Min starting wage $19.00/hr. OT may be available at $28.50/hr over 40/hrs/wk. • Pay weekly • Temporary/Full time • 1 mo. exp. req’d. • Must be available to work weekends, holidays & rotate shifts. • Monday through Sunday, Scheduled shift and workdays vary. • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. • Daily transportation to/from is not provided. • On the job training is not provided. • No education is required. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. • Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.46/day and max $59/day), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.46/day and max $59/day), upon departure. • Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. • Optional housing subject to availability $135 plus a $100.00 deposit & will be deducted weekly plus all deductions required by law.
