Job Duties:

Food Preparation Workers will be responsible for performing a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea, collecting used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas and washing in sink or dishwasher, prepping foods as assigned (includes washing, peeling, cutting, slicing), setting restaurant tables, and cleaning dirty dishes from tables/moving items to dish area to be cleaned. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm, 10:00am - 6:00pm, or 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:
