Job Duties:

Provide high level of guest service to guests of all retail outlets. Responsible for the shops to include cleanliness, receiving, stocking; Ensure customer satisfaction is priority by assisting with any guest needs and providing suggestions to help close the sale.; Responsible for being knowledgeable of merchandise to include pricing, quality, functionality, and features; Will receive incoming merchandise and ensure it accuracy; Must stock the outlet according to established procedures and at the direction of Retail Manager and/or buyer; Responsible for meeting daily/monthly sales goals; Perform opening and closing procedures of outlets; Maintain an open line of communication with manager and good rapport with co-workers; Attend all meetings and complete all online training sessions.

Special Requirements:

The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business at the resort but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off. This position will generally work one of the following shifts: 9 am-5 pm; 10 am-8 pm approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work will be required.
