Job Duties:

Front Desk Agents will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in person; checking guests in and out; greeting guests; assisting with reservations and carrying luggage to and from rooms; ensuring all guest amenities are prepared and delivered on time; giving various recommendations on what to do on property and in the area; providing directions; distributing information and schedules; and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 11:00am to 6:00pm, or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
